Poster guidelines

The Government spends £42 million trying to persuade kids to eat fruit & veg. They need a new poster to advertise their fruit & veg campaign!

You should include:

•Why fruit & vegetables are important

•What can happen if fruit & are not eaten (refer to specific diseases)

Think about:

•Presentation! Remember it is a poster & it has to be eye catching.

•Quality information

•Make it interesting!

•Check your spelling

1.Choose an athlete- how is their body suitable for their sport? What makes them fit & healthy? Produce a poster about your sports person.

2.Measure your heart rate after doing exercise (e.g. After PE, playing football at lunch, afterschool sports).

3.Measure the heart rate of someone at home- how is their heart rate different?
